I
thought you'd like to know I had
a good trip to my
new home and am VERY happy
here. My new family bought
me
a nice fuzzy bed and LOTS of
toys to play with. I don't sleep
in my
bed much, but it's nice to know
it's there if I want to. I got
in bed
with my folks yesterday
morning, stretched out on my back
and took a
nice nap before they got up.
They thought that was really
cute.....
I
sleep ALL night without a peep
--they like that!!!
They named me Punkin (she calls
me Punkie?).
Said my fur was probably going
to be pumpkin color -- I like
that name ok.
I
have a pretty Pumpkin colored
collar and leash. They haven't
tried me on a
leash yet and I don't think they
plan to for a while. I'm eating
really good and
play a lot and I've been really
good about going to the bathroom
outside too -- just a couple of
accidents but they didn't scold
me.
I'll learn pretty soon. They
gave me a bath last night...boy
I REALLY hated that ..
and blow dried my fur (that
wasn't too bad)!! Guess I had to
get prettied up for my
visit to the Vet this morning.
He said I looked very healthy
(and
cute -- I like it when people
say I'm cute) -- gave me another
parvo shot and
dewormer. I go back in 3 weeks
for more "stuff". I've been
taking my
vitamins and doing all the
things you told me to do. I'm
trying hard to be a
good girl like you taught me to
be. Their cat, Priss, is afraid
of me and all I want to
do
is play. But, she runs away.
Guess we'll make friends one of
these days.
